This is the public website of Horizon Digital Engineering LLC ("we", "us") at horizondigital.dev. By visiting it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

These terms cover only this website. They do not cover Cyphera, Lunarosa, PhotonForge, or any other product or brand we operate, which have their own terms.

You may read, link to, share, and print this site freely. You may not:

• Use automated systems (scrapers, headless browsers, bots) to fetch the site in volumes high enough to degrade it for others. Rate-limited polite crawling is fine.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the underlying server, accounts, or systems.
• Use the site to send abusive, defamatory, harassing, or unlawful content to us via the contact addresses.
• Misrepresent your identity to impersonate us or anyone connected to us.

The text, layout, images, and design of this site are © Horizon Digital Engineering LLC unless explicitly marked otherwise. You may quote short excerpts with attribution. For anything beyond that, ask.

The logos, names, and trademarks of Cyphera, Lunarosa, PhotonForge, and HDE Games are ours. Use them only to refer to us or our products in their natural context (news coverage, reviews, comparisons, etc.).

Open-source projects we link to from this site are governed by their own licenses (most commonly MIT, Apache-2.0, or CC-BY-4.0). Those licenses are not modified by these terms.

This site and its content are provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The content reflects our work at a point in time. Patents listed, partner statuses, certifications, and contact information may all change. We try to keep it current, but we don't promise it.

Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer, contract, or commitment. Engagement with us requires a separately negotiated agreement signed by both parties.

To the extent permitted by law, Horizon Digital Engineering LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. Our total aggregate liability for any direct damages arising from this website is capped at US$100.

If your use of this site (especially abusive or automated use against these terms) causes us legal exposure, you agree to cover reasonable attorneys' fees and direct losses related to defending or settling the resulting claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Florida.

We may update these terms. The "Effective" date at the top shows when. For material changes we'll surface a notice on the homepage. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
